A service call (RECALL) is an initiative by the vehicle manufacturer to the vehicle owner, intended for the purpose of performing an inspection, preventive action, or repair on the vehicle as needed. A vehicle that does not perform a service call within six months from the date of the summons will not be able to do the annual test.
